Pest control technicians’ job is to assist clients in managing pest infestation they face, whether at home or in offices. It is important for technicians to have knowledge about pests that are commonly infesting homes, buildings, offices, and other structures and how to eliminate them using chemicals.
Responsibilities
- Pest Management
- Determine the kind of treatment required for pest control
- Advise clients about the type of treatment needed to eliminate pests.
- Inspecting clients’ properties and premises for pest problems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Respond to clients’ requests according to various pest control services
- Adjust chemical mixtures according to the size of the infested areas
Requirements
- Minimum SPM
- Driver license
- Customer service skill
- Problem-solving skills
- Communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue by hunting new business prospects via leads and inquiries
- Manage and identify client demands, as well as assess them for possibilities of upselling and cross selling
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set sales targets
- Maintaining positive customer relationships and effectively managing territory
- Identifying customer needs by providing appropriate win-win solutions
- Maintain accountability by keeping track of daily activities in the system
- Agile and flexible to perform an on-site inspection
- Work closely with other team members
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a related field with a proven track record in sales
- Highly successful at converting clients with the ability to adhere to KPIs to ensure success
- Driven by data and building a network of excellent customer relationships
- Ability to work onsite for site inspection
- Required valid driving license. Driving is part of the job requirement for this designation.
- Possess own vehicle
- Fluent in English, and Mandarin speakers are an advantage.
